THE CHALLENGE
PRBLM began as a concept to disrupt artist branding by unifying music, fashion, and content. Initially, there was no identity, website, infrastructure, or product: no systems or proven model.
The vision: build a platform giving rising artists a complete brand ecosystem to tell their full story through visual identity, merchandise, digital presence, and content strategy.
The challenge was building from scratch and proving that a fully integrated approach (where every touchpoint worked as one cohesive brand story) could work for emerging artists who typically pieced together disconnected services from multiple sources.
The Belief
Rising artists don't need just a logo or a merch drop they need a complete brand ecosystem where every piece reinforces the others. Music, fashion, content, and digital presence must work together as one unified story, not as disconnected services from different vendors.
The gap wasn't talent or creativity. Most emerging artists have both in abundance. The gap was infrastructure: no one was offering a fully integrated system that treated brand, product, content, and digital experience as parts of the same whole. Artists were left stitching together fragmented solutions a designer here, a merch printer there, a videographer somewhere else with no overarching vision tying it all together.
We saw an opportunity to build that infrastructure from the ground up, proving that a holistic, brand-first approach could unlock more value, more consistency, and more control for artists ready to own their entire story.
The Solution
Build PRBLM as a brand-first creative platform with scalable, repeatable systems spanning identity design, product development, content production, and digital ecosystem management. Launch with Luis Brown as the flagship artist to prove the integrated model works end-to-end, demonstrating that every touchpoint, from music releases to merchandise drops to social content, can operate as part of one unified brand story.
We built:
- Complete brand identity system including logo architecture, typography, color systems, and tone of voice guidelines
- Full merch design and production pipeline across multiple seasonal drops, from concept to manufacturing
- Custom e-commerce website serving as digital home base, press hub, and merch storefront
- Music video production and creative direction for major releases, coordinating BTS photography and content capture on set
- Album covers, single artwork, and visual identity system for music releases
- YouTube thumbnail design system applied across Luis Brown's entire catalog for visual consistency
- Press kit development and comprehensive media asset libraries for artist promotion
- End-to-end content production system covering photography, video, behind-the-scenes documentation, and social-first assets
- Social rollout strategy and content calendar systems for coordinated music release campaigns
